We make a point of staying in close contact with our customers and any other firms involved in the project to ensure that we always deliver our work on schedule. Meeting or beating our deadlines is a source of great pride for us. To minimize the need for punch lists and call backs, we have implemented a number of processes designed to ensure that installations are done right the first time around.
While we do offer a guarantee/warranty, we’d much rather avoid having to use it. From the outset of a project, we work closely with our customers to ensure that we fully understand the scope of the work. By doing so, we aim to avoid the need for change orders as much as possible. We understand that change orders can be frustrating for everyone involved, and we strive to keep them to a minimum.
